Those 20 judukas KILLED IT!! I was so humble and pround that The Tosu Technical High School Judo Team and the Imanri Commercial High School Judo Team signed up to my workshop. The team from Imanri drove 1 hour and half to train with us and went back!!!! Wow! That is dedication! So we did a typical Nico Dojo style conditioning workout. As you know, those kind of training transform any athletes in A FREAKING BEAST: stamina, condition, strength, mental toughness. As all of them were judo athletes, I tried to enhance their grip and lower back and lower body strength. As you can imagine, they were all pure beast! Great work guys and thank you for your gift.  Nicolas AMP is the owner of Nico Dojo, a personal training business located in Japan, and has been a trainer since 2003. He dedicates himself to studying the best sport enhancement training systems in order to help athletes reaching their full potential. He played college baseball and in a company team in Japan. |
