If you feel that your training is going nowhere, or if you feel you need to go to the next level, Nico Dojo Personal Training is here to help, no matter what your goals are.
Nico Dojo Personal Training provides professional services such as:
- Weight control
- Low Back Pain release
- Neck pain release
- Sport enhancement
- Corrective exercises

Step 1:

We meet at your convenient place and time so we can talk about your goals and to get to know each other. You will be able to talk about anything you want concerning your training and all your questions will be answered. There is no cost for the consultation. Do not hesitate to contact me.

Step 2:

If you feel I may be a help of you, we will be able to start training together. However, before we start the training program, each individual needs to complete the following forms:
- Health History Questionnaire
- Client/Trainer Letter of Agreement
- Postural and Movement Assessment

Step 3:

We start the training program. Based on your weekly schedule we will work on your weaknesses in order to make you healthier and stronger.
Every training session starts with a dynamic and mobility warm up, followed by the strength training. During the session, you will be taught how to do an exercise with perfect form and technique while choosing the right amount of weight for you. You will also be taught why you are doing a specific exercise and why you need to avoid some others. The session ends with 5mn stretching.
Each training session lasts 60~90mn.

Even if you are a top athlete or a week-end warrior, everybody needs to train the posterior chain (also called "the core"). Those muscles (hamstrings, glutes, low-back muscles) are the engine of the body and when trained the right way, will aim at fixing problems such as neck and shoulder pain, low-back pain, knee pain.
By training with Nico Dojo Personal Training, you are assure to train those muscles the right way in order to live a joyful and healthy life.

As you keep on doing the training program, you will soon see improvements in strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, agility and power. You will become healthier and more confident.

Every training session will be tracked with the training sheet provided to you from the first session. It will help us to see improvements and adjustments to your training program.

Nico Dojo Personal Training is based on scientifically proven training methods from Russia.
Everybody uses heavy weights to stress the nervous system. But you will be able to use other fitness tools such as: kettlebells, sled, prowler, stretch bands, TRX, etc... Your training program will be UNIQUE using UNIQUE training methods and pieces of equipment to make your personal training experience a UNIQUE and fun experience.

Where can I train with Nico?

Nico offers personal training sessions at the following places (Fukuoka and Saga Prefectures):
- American Gym (gym membership is needed: 6,800yens/month)

Action Fukuoka Training Center, near Hakata no Mori (near Level 5 Soccer Stadium)(gym fee: 400yen/2 hours)
- Any appropriate location for outdoor training (parcs...)

Training with 1 or 2 friends is a great way to increase the intensity of the workout while having extra motivation.
It is also a great way to get your training sessions at a more affordable rate.
