If you are an athlete, there is no better way to train because you will be able to train different abilities (strength, power, speed) simultaneously through the year, off season and in season. Just think about it: why would you train to increase your strength before the season as you are going to need it during the season? With this system, no matter what sport you do, you will stay strong and powerful until the last game/competition of the season. This system works best for power sports/activities such as: - Baseball/Softball - Football - Rugby - Martial Arts - Sumo - Wrestling - Basketball - Volley ball/Beach Volley ball - Soccer - Etc
You do not have to be an athlete to train with me. People who want to be in shape can beneficiate from this training system. I train males and females, high school students, 3rd age people; anybody who is serious about his/her health and training. Let me be honest with you: I do not talk a lot during the sessions. I want to keep a high level of concentration.I use free weights such as barbells and dumbbells. You will spend a lot of time in the squat rack with me! I also like to use pieces of equipment such as: Swiss Balls, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Bands, Chains and more. Also I am a total believer of unconventional training methods such as using sandbag or lifting different odds objects. At NicoDojo, the exercises are creative, challenging and fun!
